Processing Orders
- Orders received between Monday and Friday before 2pm Western Standard Time (WST) will be processed and shipped the same day.
- Orders will not be dispatched on Sundays or national public holidays, they will be processed and dispatched the following business day.
- Goods are personally inspected before dispatch to ensure they are in excellent condition. In the event your goods arrive in a damaged or less than perfect condition, please notify us immediately so we can address the handling with our shipping company.
